Accounts Payable Clerk
A Calgary-based organization is seeking a highly organized and experienced Accounting Administrator to support finance and administrative operations. This role is ideal for a versatile professional who can manage full-cycle accounting while contributing to overall business efficiency.
Your success will be defined by your ability to:

• Manage full-cycle accounting, including Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and cash flow monitoring
• Perform bank reconciliations, expense tracking, and maintain fixed asset records
• Support month-end and quarter-end close, including journal entries and account reconciliations
• Process bi-weekly payroll for salaried employees
• Maintain accurate financial and employee records in line with company policies
• Provide administrative and HR support to leadership and assist with day-to-day operations

Your strengths include:

• 5–10+ years of full-cycle accounting experience
• Diploma or degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
• Experience with ERP systems (e.g., NetSuite) considered an asset
• High attention to detail with strong organizational and time-management skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and communicate effectively
