The Toronto Blue Jays are looking for Mobile Team Representativesto join our team for the 2026 baseball season.

The Toronto Blue Jays Ticket Operations teamis currentlyseekingenergeticand enthusiastic individuals tojoin our team inassistingticket holdersoutside Rogers Centre gatesusing Blue Jays mobile ticket app solutions. EachMobile TeamRepusesafriendlyandengagingapproachto address questions andresolveissues with a focus on finding the right solution for each fan.
Please note that these are seasonal roles aligned with the baseball and Rogers Centre events schedule, spanning from approximately Juneto November 2026. This is a part-time contract position.

Responsibilities:

Proactively interact with fans to provide mobile ticketdelivery support outsideRogers Centre gates
Ensuretheapplication of WE CARE service principles in all interactions with fans
Have experienced knowledge of Blue Jaysgate entry processes,mobile ticketappsand Rogers Centreseating plan
Have a knowledgeable understanding of all Blue Jays staff policies, including health and safety protocols
Commitment to contributing positivelytoaculture of equalitywithin an inclusive and safe workplace
Perform otherdutiesasneeded to supporta positive gameday experience

Qualifications:

Must be able to workall 81 home games (evenings, weekends, and holidays) and other Rogers Centre concerts/events asrequired.

Ability to work in a busy, fast-paced environmentwhile standing/walkingoutdoorsfor3-5 hourshifts
Excellent people skills with the ability to interact effectively withfansandcollaborate withstaff members at all levels within the organization

Salary:The anticipated base compensation for this role is $18.20 per hour.
