Job Title: Shop Foreman

Precision Instrumentation is growing, and we're looking for motivated, reliable, and safety-focused 3rd Year Apprentice to Journeyperson Instrumentation Technicians and Electricians to join our team full-time.

We work across industrial and oilfield environments providing high-quality instrumentation, electrical, troubleshooting, maintenance, and project services. If you take pride in your work, work well independently, and want to be part of a solid crew — we want to hear from you.

Positions Available

Ø Instrumentation Technicians (3rd Year Apprentice or Higher)

Ø Electricians (3rd Year Apprentice or Higher)

What We're Looking For

3rd year apprenticeship completed or Journeyperson status
Industrial and/or oilfield experience considered an asset
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and within a team
Valid driver's license
Commitment to safety and quality workmanship

Job Duties

Install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair electrical and instrumentation systems
Perform inspections, testing, and calibrations
Read and interpret drawings and schematics
Understand field and facility process control
Availability for on call rotation (evening and weekends when necessary)
Support maintenance shutdowns and project work
Ensure all work is completed safely and efficiently
