As a Warehouse Supervisor, you will provide essential support to the Contents team by managing the warehouse. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, service-oriented environment.
The Technical Side of What Youll Do
Oversee the logistics, flow, and organization of the warehouse
Manage the daily processing in the warehouse
Manage and ownership of all non-restorables
Ensure staff are trained on cleaning, packing, listing, drying and vaulting techniques
Oversee fleet vehicles for contents to ensure supplies and equipment are stocked
Oversee supplies for inventory and ordering
Oversee equipment for tracking, inventory and maintenance
Effectively work with all subtrades
Ensure warehouse paperwork is completed accurately and on time
Provide backup support to the Production Administrator and Contents Manager
Qualifications
Proven experience as an warehouse supervisor or lead in the restoration industry
Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks efficiently
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Detail oriented with strong problem-solving abilities

This is a full-time Warehouse Supervisor position in Abbotsford, BC.
