Schedule

Training Week

• Monday to Friday
• 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Regular Schedule

• Monday to Friday
• 11:00 AM – 7:00 PM

What You'll Be Doing

• Processing and maintaining accounting records and financial information
• Assisting with accounts payable and accounts receivable activities
• Reconciling accounts and investigating discrepancies
• Preparing reports, spreadsheets, and supporting documentation
• Reviewing transactions for completeness and accuracy
• Entering and verifying data with a high level of precision
• Supporting month-end and general accounting functions
• Assisting with administrative and accounting-related projects as required

What We're Looking For

• Strong accounting knowledge and understanding of accounting principles
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Previous accounting, bookkeeping, payroll, accounts payable, accounts receivable, or accounting clerk experience is considered an asset
