Inside Sales Coordinator
Location: Woodbridge, ON
Compensation: $75,000 – $95,000, depending on experience

About the Role This is an Inside Sales Coordinator position supporting program managers with new business quotations, customer pricing, and commercial coordination within a Tier 1 automotive manufacturing environment.
The role is focused on quotation preparation, pricing support, customer requirements, manufacturing cost inputs, and internal follow-up. This is not a field sales role.
A junior candidate a few years out of school may be considered if they have strong communication skills, strong Excel ability, and the aptitude to understand manufacturing and quoting.
What You'll Be Doing
- Process and log requests for quotation — set up quote files, review terms and conditions, and work with the cost estimator, program management, and other departments to complete quotes.
- Prepare internal cost sheets, quote capital, and external customer pricing breakdowns.
- Review and interpret manufacturing cost inputs, including MRP data and engineering bills of materials, to support pricing.
- Conduct "ok to launch" meetings to communicate newly awarded programs internally.
- Run contract reviews to confirm pricing and terms align with the quote.
- Monitor and update customer portals — quotes, capacity, surveys — and work with supplier systems as required.
- Enter and maintain pricing, capacity, and customer data in internal systems for business planning.
- Create an open commercial issues summary and track items to closure with the account team and other departments.
- Support program managers with quote packages and customer requirements.
- Coordinate across program management, sales, engineering, finance, and operations.
- Support customer visits, presentations, and general commercial administration.
Preferred Background
- Experience preparing quotations, ideally in a manufacturing or technical environment.
- Strong Excel and Outlook skills, with the ability to manage pricing details, quote information, and follow-up items accurately.
- Strong communication skills, an outgoing personality, and comfort working with internal teams and customer requirements.
- Strong math ability, with either an engineering background, mechanical aptitude, or technical understanding of manufacturing processes.
- Tier 1 supplier, OEM quoting, ERP/pricing-system, or basic cost accounting experience would be an asset.
- Comfort engaging directly with the OEM (customer) on commercial and quoting matters, and experience preparing cost walks, would be an asset.
