Closets By Design is North America's leading closet and home organization company, and we're looking for motivated Sales Designers to join our growing Durham Region team.
This is an exciting opportunity for sales professionals who enjoy meeting people, helping homeowners improve their living spaces, and earning an income that reflects their performance.
What You'll Do

• Meet with homeowners at pre-qualified appointments
• Design custom storage and organization solutions
• Present proposals and close sales in the home
• Build value and guide clients through the design process
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience

What We're Looking For

• Proven sales experience with strong closing skills
• Interior design, decorating, renovation, or space-planning experience is an asset
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Self-motivated and results-driven
• Comfortable working in a commission-based environment
• Reliable vehicle and valid driver's license (required)
• Willingness to follow our proven sales process
