  • Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements related to process improvements and system enhancements.
  • System Integration: Identify opportunities for system integration to improve data flow and reduce manual data entry. Support Workflow automation through pipelines, formula fields, and basic integrations.
  • Data Analysis: Analyze data and reports to identify trends, anomalies, and areas for improvement in business processes. Build dashboards to assist users with key performance indicators.
  • Solution Design: Develop solutions, including process changes, system configurations, or new technology implementations, to address identified issues. Contribute to documentation and user guides to support adoption and proper system usage.
  • Flexibility and continuous learning: Demonstrate flexibility to work with different software tools based on business needs and remain open to learning new technologies.
