Responsibilities

  • Provide outstanding customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly and effectively.
  • Perform accurate data entry tasks, ensuring all information is up-to-date and correctly recorded in the system.
  • Communicate clearly with customers over the phone, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette and professionalism.
  • Maintain organized records of customer interactions and transactions for future reference.
  • Collaborate with team members to improve processes and enhance customer satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Proficiency in data entry with a strong attention to detail.
  • Experience with EDI - Electronic Data Interchange or retail CTC.
  • Previous experience in sales or customer service is advantageous.
  • Ability to analyze information quickly and communicate effectively with customers.
  • Strong phone etiquette skills, ensuring a positive experience for every caller.
  • A proactive attitude with the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
