  • Analyze software usage data, entitlements, and licensing terms to support decision‑making, address compliance issues, and optimize licensing positions
  • Manage licensing and subscription models for cloud platforms (e.g., Azure) and AI solutions (e.g., Microsoft Copilot, AI analytics tools).
  • Partner with internal teams to optimize SaaS and cloud subscription usage and costs
  • Optimize software licensing spend across perpetual, subscription, cloud, and SaaS environments by aligning entitlements with usage and recovering unused licenses
  • Identify cost‑saving opportunities during software reconciliations to maximize return on software investments
  • Review governing agreements to validate requirements, use rights, and limitations, complete legal review processes, and communicate contractual risks and mitigation options to stakeholders
Your strength includes:
  • Several years of Software Asset Management experience, with strong focus on software and SaaS licensing
  • Knowledge of ITAM/SAM standards (e.g., ISO 19770); ITIL v4 preferred
  • Professional SAM certifications (CSAM, CITAM) strongly preferred
  • Hands‑on experience with SAM tools such as Ivanti IT Asset Management and Ivanti Endpoint Manager
  • Strong ability to explain complex licensing and compliance concepts clearly to technical and non‑technical audiences
  • Experience with software compliance, licensing audits, and regulatory requirements
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, Visio, Teams); experience with PowerBI for reporting
  • Degree in IT, Business, Computing Science, or equivalent practical experience
  • Strong communication, leadership, and cross‑functional collaboration skills
  • Excellent organizational and time‑management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and decision‑making abilities
