We are seeking a Territory Sales Representative to drive growth throughout the Lower Mainland and Fraser Valley. This field-based role focuses on developing relationships with consulting engineers, contractors, distributors, and end users while promoting a portfolio of engineered products and solutions used in construction and infrastructure projects.
This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated sales professional who enjoys business development, relationship management, and project-based selling.
Responsibilities
  • Develop and grow sales within the assigned territory.
  • Build relationships with contractors, consulting engineers, distributors, and end users.
  • Identify and pursue new construction, retrofit, and infrastructure project opportunities.
  • Promote products through presentations, training sessions, branch visits, and customer meetings.
  • Support specification efforts and provide technical product guidance throughout the sales cycle.
  • Gather market intelligence and track competitive activity.
  • Collaborate with internal sales, engineering, and customer support teams to deliver exceptional customer service.
  • Maintain accurate reporting on sales activities, opportunities, and market trends.
Qualifications
  • 2-5 years of outside sales experience.
  • Experience in construction, HVAC, industrial products, building materials, mechanical systems, or a related industry preferred.
  • Strong relationship-building and business development skills.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and organizational abilities.
  • Mechanical aptitude and a solutions-oriented approach.
  • Post-secondary education in business, engineering, construction, or a related field is an asset.
  • Ability to travel throughout the territory as required.
