We are seeking a Territory Sales Representative to drive growth throughout the Lower Mainland and Fraser Valley. This field-based role focuses on developing relationships with consulting engineers, contractors, distributors, and end users while promoting a portfolio of engineered products and solutions used in construction and infrastructure projects.

Responsibilities
- Develop and grow sales within the assigned territory.
- Build relationships with contractors, consulting engineers, distributors, and end users.
- Identify and pursue new construction, retrofit, and infrastructure project opportunities.
- Promote products through presentations, training sessions, branch visits, and customer meetings.
- Support specification efforts and provide technical product guidance throughout the sales cycle.
- Gather market intelligence and track competitive activity.
- Collaborate with internal sales, engineering, and customer support teams to deliver exceptional customer service.
- Maintain accurate reporting on sales activities, opportunities, and market trends.
- 2-5 years of outside sales experience.
- Experience in construction, HVAC, industrial products, building materials, mechanical systems, or a related industry preferred.
- Strong relationship-building and business development skills.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and organizational abilities.
- Mechanical aptitude and a solutions-oriented approach.
- Post-secondary education in business, engineering, construction, or a related field is an asset.
- Ability to travel throughout the territory as required.
