Automotive Mechanic – General Repair & Suspension Specialist
Job Overview
We are looking for a skilled, versatile Automotive mechanic to join our team. This role is a unique hybrid: you will handle the daily bread-and-butter of general automotive diagnostics and repair, while also serving as our go-to specialist for aftermarket suspension upgrades, including leveling kits and full lift kits.

Key Responsibilities
General Automotive Repair
Perform accurate digital vehicle inspections and diagnose mechanical/electrical issues.
Execute routine maintenance (oil changes, fluid flushes, brake jobs, tune-ups, and belt replacements).
Diagnose and repair steering, suspension, braking, and drivetrain components (CV axles, wheel bearings, u-joints).
Suspension & Lift Customization
Safely install front-end leveling kits (strut spacers, torsion keys, coilovers).
Install comprehensive 3" to 6"+ suspension lift kits, including replacing knuckles, drop crossmembers, leaf springs, and control arms.
Troubleshoot post-installation issues (correcting driveshaft angles, lengthening brake lines, routing ABS wires, and correcting headlight aim).
Perform mandatory post-installation wheel alignments to ensure perfect geometry and prevent premature tire wear.
Role Requirements & Qualifications
Requirement Description
Experience3+ years of professional automotive repair experience. Experience with aftermarket truck suspension/lifts is highly preferred.
Tools provided
Certifications ASE certifications (specifically A4 Steering & Suspension and A5 Brakes) are a major plus but not required if experienced.
Physical Demands Ability to lift up to 75 lbs, stand for long periods, and work safely under trucks and heavy machinery.
