Seeking a reliable, dedicated candidates to join a fast pace framing company in the GTA. This role demands precision in measuring, cutting, and installing structural components according to blueprints, with strong physical stamina and problem-solving abilities. Candidates must be fully committed to the team, working a minimum of five days a week, and be ready for occasional travel to various job sites.

Responsibilities

Measure, cut, and install framing materials accurately
Read and interpret blueprints for project specifications
Handle and manage construction materials efficiently
Operate standard carpentry hand and power tools
Use heavy machinery such as forklifts safely when required
Collaborate within a medium team of 6-10 members
Maintain commitment to work a minimum of five days per week
Travel occasionally to multiple construction sites

Required Qualifications

Valid driver's license
Training in working at heights
Proficiency in framing techniques and blueprint interpretation
Experience with standard carpentry tools
Strong physical stamina for demanding tasks
Effective problem-solving and communication skills
Excellent time management abilities

Preferred Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent
