As our company continues to grow, we're looking for a skilled, reliable, and safety-focused Yard Loader Operator to join our team.
What You'll Be Doing
- Operating a front-end loader to fill 1–3 cubic yard bulk bags with soil, mulch, gravel, and other landscape materials
- Loading customer pickup trucks and delivery vehicles efficiently and safely
- Maintaining an organized and clean yard environment
- Communicating with yard staff and drivers to keep orders moving quickly
- Performing daily equipment checks and basic maintenance
- Working in a fast-paced outdoor environment with a strong focus on safety
What We're Looking For
- Previous loader or heavy equipment operating experience (required)
- Ability to work efficiently in a high-volume yard environment
- Strong attention to safety and equipment operation procedures
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a team
- Physically capable of working outdoors in various weather conditions
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
