Compensation: $50,000 Draw + Commission

We are a growing and reputable window and door manufacturer specializing in high-quality, custom solutions for residential projects. Our focus is on delivering premium products and service to custom home builders, renovation contractors, and dealer partners.

We are seeking an experienced Sales Representative with a strong background in the custom home, renovation, or dealer channel. This role is ideal for someone who understands the construction process, can read blueprints, and is confident managing projects from initial quote through to completion. The successful candidate will bring an existing network of relationships and a proven ability to generate and close new business.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and manage relationships with custom home builders, renovation contractors, and dealers
• Generate new business through prospecting, referrals, and industry networking
• Review architectural drawings and read blueprints to accurately quote projects
• Prepare detailed and competitive project pricing
• Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact to closing and follow-up
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution
• Maintain a strong pipeline and consistently meet or exceed sales targets

Qualifications

• Minimum 3-5 years of sales experience in windows, doors, or a related building material
