Are you passionate about transforming innovative exhibit concepts into buildable, real-world experiences? We're looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Senior Detailer, CAD to join our team and play a critical role in bringing custom exhibits and event environments to life.

In this role, you'll collaborate closely with our Concept + Design team to translate creative 3D designs into precise, production-ready CAD drawings that guide fabrication, installation, and execution. • Partner with 3D Exhibit Designers to ensure concepts are both visually compelling and structurally feasible

• Develop detailed, production-ready drawings for custom fabrication, procurement, and tradeshow installation/dismantle

• Create comprehensive drawing packages that include dimensions, material specifications, assembly details, exploded isometric views, and installation instructions

• Specify materials, hardware, lighting, and electrical components that align with client expectations and project requirements

• Prepare AutoCAD layouts for CAM processing and manufacturing workflows

• Provide technical expertise and accurate documentation to procurement, sales, and production teams

• Collaborate daily with Sales, Project Management, Production, and Creative teams to ensure seamless project execution

• Contribute to innovative solutions that improve efficiency, build quality, and project outcomes

We're seeking a highly motivated professional who combines technical expertise with strong collaboration and problem-solving skills.

• 4–5 years of experience as a production detailer in a fabrication, exhibit, or related environment

• 4–5 years of experience using Adobe Creative Suite

• Advanced AutoCAD proficiency, including working within 3D environments

• Strong understanding of design principles, structural mechanics, and fabrication methodologies

• Experience creating highly detailed, production-ready technical drawings

• Ability to read and interpret production schematics and technical documentation

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate across multiple departments

• Excellent problem-solving, critical-thinking, and organizational skills

• Advanced computer proficiency in a PC-based environment

• Ability to confidently present technical and creative solutions to stakeholders

• Experience with CNC programming and CAM software

• Knowledge of exhibit, tradeshow, retail, or experiential fabrication environments
