Your Tasks
- Support recruitment activities, including maintaining the recruiting platforms and coordinating candidate communications
- Provide support for co-op and internship program
- Facilitate the new hire process, including recruitment coordination, onboarding, and orientation
- Administer employee benefits programs and serve as a point of contact between employees and benefits providers
- Coordinate employee engagement initiatives, wellness programs, and company events
- Maintain and update the HRIS and employee records
- Assist with HR reporting, documentation, and administrative processes
- Assist in the development, review, and ongoing updates of company safety manuals and related documentation, and safety compliance websites
- Support continuous improvement initiatives within HR processes and practices
- Manage Certificates of Insurance (COI), including requesting, and ensuring compliance with customer requirements
- Identify opportunities for improvement and contribute to solutions both independently and as part of a team

Your Profile:
- Post-secondary education in Human Resources, Business Administrative, or a related field.
- Previous experience in an HR administrative or coordination role is an asset
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and HR systems
- Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion
- Customer focused mindset with a proactive and positive approach
- High level of English proficiency required; bilingual in French is an asset
