Sales Development Representative

The Sales Development Representative will be a key member of our Field Sales Team, responsible for generating leads and prospecting within the Home Improvement industry. We are an authorized platinum dealer for Gemstone Lighting. Reporting directly to the Sales Manager, this role involves maintaining a consistent outreach rhythm through a door-to-door approach. The ideal candidate will help build the sales pipeline by identifying potential customers and initiating conversations to set the stage for successful client engagements.

Responsibilities

• Generate and qualify new sales leads in the Home Improvement sector
• Conduct prospecting activities via door-knocking with potential customers
• Collaborate with the sales team to align strategies and maximize outreach effectiveness
• Maintain accurate records of communications and lead status within the CRM system
• Achieve daily outreach targets and contribute to monthly sales quotas
