Truck Electrical Technician / Assembler
Location- Kitchener, ONShift- Day Shift
$30.00 – $35.00/hour
We are seeking an experienced Truck Electrical Technician to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled electrical professional to work on custom truck builds, electrical integration, and troubleshooting in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.We are looking for a hands-on technician with experience in truck electrical systems, vehicle wiring, electrical controls, and system integration.

Key ResponsibilitiesInstall, wire, and integrate electrical systems on trucks and equipmentRead and interpret electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and technical drawingsBuild and install control panels, junction boxes, and wiring harnessesConnect truck electrical systems with equipment control systemsTest, diagnose, and troubleshoot electrical circuits and controlsPerform electrical system integration and functional testingCollaborate with mechanical and production teams throughout the build processMaintain quality standards, documentation, and safe work practices
QualificationsMinimum 3–5 years of experience in electrical assembly, vehicle wiring, or truck electrical systemsStrong ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and wiring diagramsExperience troubleshooting electrical controls and electrical systemsKnowledge of:12V and 24V electrical systemsRelays, switches, sensors, and control modulesElectrical harness fabrication and installationElectrical testing and diagnosticsStrong attention to detail and problem-solving skillsAbility to work independently and within a team environment

This position is located in Kitchener, ON.
The role is on day shift with a pay range of $30.00–$35.00 per hour.
Responsibilities include installing, wiring, and integrating electrical systems on trucks and equipment, reading schematics, building control panels and wiring harnesses, testing and troubleshooting, and collaborating with mechanical and production teams.
Minimum 3–5 years of experience in electrical assembly, vehicle wiring, or truck electrical systems, plus the ability to read electrical schematics and diagnose electrical controls.
Preferred experience includes truck electrical systems, vehicle upfitting, electrical control panels, CAN Bus diagnostics, and OEM electrical integration.
