Warehouse Associate

Key Responsibilities: - Receive, inspect, and unload incoming shipments; verify quantities and report damages/discrepancies - Organize inventory, perform stock counts/audits, and update records in WMS/ERP systems - Pick, pack, label, wrap, and prepare orders for shipment accurately and on time - Load products onto trucks/containers and complete shipping documentation - Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material-handling equipment safely - Conduct quality checks and report inventory or shipment issues - Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment - Follow safety procedures and report hazards - Work closely with team members to ensure smooth daily operations Requirements: - Previous warehouse or logistics experience required - Forklift/material-handling equipment experience required (Counterbalance) - Basic computer skills; WMS/ERP experience preferred - Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and organization - Reliable, punctual, and committed to maintaining productivity throughout the shift - Respectful team player with a positive attitude and strong work ethic - Self-motivated, proactive, and willing to take ownership of tasks - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physical warehouse duties Ideal Candidate: - Reliable, hardworking, and committed to delivering accurate, high-quality work in a fast-paced environment - Respectful, self-motivated team player who takes initiative, works effectively wit Qualifications: - High school diploma or equivalent preferred - Previous warehouse, logistics, or distribution experience required - Forklift and pallet jack experience required (certification is an asset) - Basic computer skills; WMS/ERP experience preferred - Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and organization - Ability to work in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment - Ability to lift 30-50+ lbs and perform repetitive physical tasks - Strong teamwork, communication, and reliability Accommodations are available upon request for all individuals with disabilities taking part in the recruitment and selection process.
