Who We're Looking For:

• 1+ years of experience in an HR, administrative, or related role
• Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills
• Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency with MS Office, Outlook, and HRIS or payroll systems preferred
• Motivated, reliable, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment

Schedule: Full‑Time; Contract (6 months)

Compensation: $55,000-$60,000 per year (varies based on experience level)

Work Environment: This is a fully on-site role, with work performed at our Langley location throughout the week.

What Your Day Will Look Like:

• Maintain and update employee records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality
• Support onboarding and offboarding processes, including documentation and system updates
• Assist with payroll preparation and benefits administration
• Respond to employee inquiries and provide general HR support
• Prepare HR reports, letters, and documentation as required
• Coordinate training, meetings, and internal communications
• Support recruitment activities including job postings and candidate coordination
