  • Lead purchasing activities and support divisions with procurement needs
  • Build and manage supplier relationships, including contract negotiations
  • Oversee inventory management and equipment logistics between offices and project sites
  • Support facilities and equipment lease coordination in partnership with the CFO
  • Act as a procurement advisor to divisions supporting client projects

What You'll Bring to the Team

  • Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Operations Management, Supply Chain, or a related field preferred
  • SCMP designation required; P.Log designation considered an asset
  • 5+ years of experience in purchasing, fleet management, forecasting, contract negotiations, and inventory planning
  • Experience working with ERP systems and service-based organizations
  • EPC/EPCM experience with strong project management and policy development skills considered an asset
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
  • Willingness to travel occasionally (~10%) as required
