At DriveForce Vehicle & Equipment Services, we run a fast-growing, well-equipped

shop known for servicing everything from cars and light-duty trucks to fleet vehicles and

equipment, we're now expanding into the motorcycle and powersports space just ahead

of the riding season.

With a modern facility, strong leadership, and a focus on quality and integrity, we're

building a team that takes pride in their work and grows together.

Position Overview

We're looking for a Motorcycle Technician / Mechanic to join our team as we launch this

new division.

This role is ideal for:

● A 310S licensed technician with motorcycle experience, or

● A 310G licensed technician, or

● A skilled motorcycle mechanic looking for consistent, well-equipped shop work

We offer flexible opportunities — from seasonal work during peak riding months to

long-term full-time roles for the right candidate.

What You'll Work On

● Motorcycle diagnostics and troubleshooting (electrical & mechanical)

● Routine maintenance (oil, brakes, chains, sprockets, tires)

● Engine repairs and performance work

● Electrical systems and battery/charging systems

● Safety inspections and pre-season prep

● Supporting a wide range of makes (sport, cruiser, touring, etc.)

Qualifications

● 310S Automotive Service Technician (preferred)

● Motorcycle repair experience (shop or personal builds)

● Strong diagnostic ability and attention to detail

● Comfortable working independently and as part of a team

● Valid driver's license (M license is an asset)

● Own tools (motorcycle-specific tools an asset)
