Sales / Estimator
Our client is seeking a Sales/Estimator to investigate, diagnose, estimate, and recommend solutions for foundation, drainage, structural, and water intrusion issues. This role combines technical assessments, client education, estimating, relationship management, and project coordination to ensure solutions are accurate, practical, and aligned with operational capabilities.
Your success will be defined by your ability to:

• Assess residential properties and identify the root cause of foundation, waterproofing, drainage, and structural concerns
• Diagnose issues related to water intrusion, foundation settlement, structural movement, drainage failures, and waterproofing deficiencies
• Determine appropriate repair solutions and recognize when engineering support is required
• Prepare accurate estimates and scopes of work while considering labour, materials, equipment, and project profitability
• Ensure proposed solutions align with operational capabilities and project requirements
• Coordinate with internal teams to support successful project execution and client satisfaction
• Maintain communication with clients throughout the assessment and project process
• Build strong relationships with homeowners, referral partners, property managers, and industry contacts
• Generate new business opportunities through networking, referrals, and relationship development
• Represent the organization professionally while continuing to expand technical knowledge and industry expertise

Your strengths include:

• 3-5 years of hands-on experience in foundation repair, waterproofing, structural stabilization, drainage correction, concrete repair, or underpinning systems
• Strong understanding of foundation systems, water intrusion, hydrostatic pressure, drainage systems, grading, and groundwater behavior
• Ability to confidently diagnose foundation and water-related issues and recommend long-term solutions
• Knowledge of foundation settlement, structural movement, cracking, weeping tile systems, and sump systems
• Ability to interpret engineering drawings, structural details, and project documentation
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
• Excellent communication, relationship-building, and customer service skills
• Self-motivated with a high level of professionalism, accountability, and attention to detail
• Valid Class 5 driver's license and ability to attend active job sites as required
• Previous experience in excavation, structural concrete repair, restoration, or related construction fields is considered an asset
• Industry relationships and construction safety certifications are considered assets
