The Customer Support Representative plays a vital role in assisting customers by resolving issues and providing detailed product knowledge. Working within small to medium-sized teams, they handle communications across phone, email, live chat, and social media to address technical support, billing queries, order tracking, and product information requests. This role requires occasional travel and involves managing customer complaints, collecting feedback, and maintaining CRM systems.
Responsibilities
- Assist customers with inquiries and support issues

- Enter and update customer data in CRM systems
- Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally
