We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Accounts Receivable administrator to join our team!. This role is ideal for someone with strong reconciliation skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
What you will do in this role:
- Review & post invoices
- Generate and deliver statements.
- Collaborate with teams to ensure accurate billing and collections
- Verify and record collection payments
- Research and resolve payment discrepancies
- Address and resolve accounting inquiries in timely and accurate manner.
- Ensure financial transactions are performed in compliance with company policies.
- Perform day-to-day accounting activities
- Contribute to the month-end close process by assisting in GL account reconciliations, posting journal entries, and analyzing financial discrepancies
- Work closely with warranty claims
