Job Title: General Labor & Forklift Operator

Shifts: Morning & Afternoon Shifts

Job Summary:

We are currently seeking reliable and motivated individuals for General Labor and Forklift Operator positions at our warehouse in Bolton, Ontario. Opportunities are available for General Labor and Forklift Operator roles in a fast-paced manufacturing and distribution environment.

Key Responsibilities:

General Labor

• Assist with production and packaging operations
• Load, unload, and move materials as required
• Maintain a clean and safe work area
• Follow company safety procedures and work instructions

Forklift Operator

• Operate forklifts safely to load, unload, and move materials
• Pick, stage, and store inventory in designated locations
• Handle shipping and receiving tasks accurately
• Perform daily equipment checks and report issues
• Maintain inventory accuracy and follow safety procedures
• Assist with general warehouse duties as needed
• Keep work area clean and organized

Requirements:

• Valid forklift certification (Counterbalance, Reach, or End Rider preferred)
• Previous warehouse and forklift operating experience
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs when required
• Strong attention to safety, accuracy, and productivity
• Reliable attendance and ability to work independently or as part of a team
• Basic understanding of workplace safety procedures
