Administrative Assistant (Temporary to Start)

Jetstream Personnel Consulting is recruiting an Administrative Assistant for a temporary opportunity with a well-established local employer. This position offers guaranteed hours, a supportive team environment, and the potential to transition into a permanent role.
What's Offered:
- Starting wage of $24.00 - $28.00/hour
- Guaranteed minimum of 80 hours per month, with up to 160 hours available
- Office hours Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- Flexible scheduling may be considered for the right candidate

- Position expected to run through September, with the possibility of extension or permanent employment
Responsibilities:
- Invoicing, accounts administration and record management
- General administrative support
- Data entry and document preparation
- Microsoft Excel and Word-based tasks
- Maintaining organized and accurate records
- Supporting a safe and efficient workplace
Qualifications:
- Previous administrative experience
- Strong computer skills, particularly Excel and Word
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- High attention to detail
- Ability to work both independently and within a team environment
- Safety data experience is considered an asset
