THE DEAL

$55K-$75K base + bonuses. Your income grows as you do

No evenings. no weekends. Mon-Fri. We're entrepreneurial--sometimes we go above and beyond. But we're not about stealing your personal time.

Work from home. Remote-first with a professional setup. One office day/month in Burlington, ON, and in-person client meetings as needed.

We train you. For real. No experience needed. We built the whole program ourselves

No pressure. No games. Meet the team, hear the story, and ask us anything. You'll know pretty fast if this is your vibe.

2 - Paid trial week — 5 days, in-person Burlington

You get paid. You see exactly what the job is. We see how you move. Zero commitment either way — if it clicks, let's go. If not, no hard feelings at all.

3 - 90-day foundation — and yes, it ends with a raise

Shadow the best, learn the market, start leading your own calls. Hit your milestones, watch your pay go up. Simple.

4 - Client Advisor — now we're really talking
