Join our team as a Service Experience Coordinator and become an essential part of creating the premium ownership experience our Land Rover and Volvo clients expect.

This is much more than a traditional valet position. You'll play a key role in supporting the daily operations of our Service Department by welcoming guests, coordinating vehicle logistics, assisting with tire storage, supporting the Parts and Service teams, and ensuring every vehicle is presented to the highest standard.

What You'll Do

As a Service Experience Coordinator, you'll help create a seamless service experience from arrival to delivery by:

Greeting and welcoming service guests in a professional and friendly manner

Assisting with vehicle check-in, parking, and movement throughout the dealership

Coordinating seasonal tire storage and retrieval for clients

Washing, fueling, and preparing vehicles for customer delivery

Maintaining vehicle presentation standards inside and outside the dealership

Supporting the Parts and Service teams with day-to-day operational needs

Assisting with inventory organization and transportation of parts and tires

Helping maintain a clean, safe, and organized service facility

Contributing to an exceptional customer experience at every touchpoint
