Responsibilities:
- Lead and support the dealership sales team.
- Drive vehicle sales performance and customer satisfaction.

Requirements:
- Previous Automotive Sales Manager experience required.
- Dealership sales leadership experience preferred.
- OMVIC license preferred.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Proven track record in automotive sales performance.
- Valid Ontario G Drivers License.

The role offers a base salary plus commission with an earning potential of $80,000.00–$120,000.00+ per year and includes a full group benefits package.
This is a full-time, permanent role based in Oakville, ON at a busy dealership.
You will lead and support the dealership sales team, drive vehicle sales performance and customer satisfaction, coach sales staff, assist with deal structuring and closing, monitor KPIs and gross profit, ensure strong CRM and lead management, and maintain showroom standards.
Previous automotive sales manager experience is required, with dealership sales leadership experience preferred, along with a valid Ontario G license and OMVIC license preferred.
