Position Overview

We are currently hiring Cleaning Professionals to join our team. This role involves maintaining high standards of cleanliness and professionalism at commercial client locations.

Most shifts take place in the evening or overnight after business hours.

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys physical work, takes pride in a job well done, and wants to be part of a growing team.

Responsibilities

• Perform detailed commercial cleaning

• Clean and sanitize washrooms

• Vacuum carpets and mop floors

• Empty garbage and recycling

• Dust surfaces and wipe high-touch areas

• Restock supplies when needed

• Follow site-specific cleaning checklists

• Maintain Teal Cleaning Group quality standards

• Report issues or supply shortages to supervisors

Requirements

• Reliable and punctual

• Strong attention to detail

• Ability to work independently

• Physically capable of standing, bending, and lifting

• Access to a vehicle is considered an asset

• Ability to work evenings, nights, or weekends when required

• Previous cleaning experience is an asset but not required (training provided)

Compensation

Starting at $17–$19 per hour, depending on experience and availability.
