We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Construction Project Manager / Site Supervisor to oversee completion of low-rise multi-residential construction projects. The ideal candidate is a strong leader with hands-on site experience, excellent organizational skills, and a solid understanding of residential construction practices.

This role is responsible for coordinating trades, managing schedules and budgets, maintaining safety and quality standards, and ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and supervise low-rise multi-residential construction projects through all phases of construction.
  • Review project plans, blueprints, specifications, and schedules to ensure compliance with design requirements and building codes.
  • Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, consultants, and internal teams to maintain project timelines and workflow.
  • Monitor daily site activities and ensure work is completed according to plans, specifications, and quality standards.
  • Track project schedules, budgets, progress reports, deficiencies, and change orders.
  • Identify project risks, delays, or conflicts and implement corrective actions as required.
  • Conduct regular site inspections and enforce all health and safety regulations.
  • Lead site meetings and provide weekly progress updates to management and stakeholders.
  • Ensure accurate project documentation is maintained throughout the construction process.
  • Maintain professional communication with trades, inspectors, and consultants.

Qualifications & Skills

  • +5 years of experience managing or supervising residential construction projects.
  • Experience with low-rise multi-family developments preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of residential construction methods, sequencing, and site operations.
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and construction documents.
  • Proven experience coordinating subcontractors and managing construction schedules.
  • Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Proficient with construction management software and Microsoft Office.
  • Strong understanding of workplace safety standards and building regulations.
