Orillia Dodge is a growing dealership looking for a Sales Consultant to join our Team.

Right now, we're looking for an energetic, motivated Sales Consultant who wants to build a real career and earn serious income while doing it.

What You'll Be Doing

Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Greeting customers and helping them find the right vehicle for their lifestyle and budget
  • Learning the Ram, Jeep, Dodge, Chrysler & Wagoneer lineup inside and out
  • Following up with leads and past customers to build long-term relationships
  • Guiding clients through the purchase and financing process
  • Staying up to date on promotions, incentives, and inventory
  • Working with your sales managers to close deals and exceed monthly sales goals
  • Representing Orillia Dodge with enthusiasm, professionalism, and confidence

What We're Looking For

The right person will have:

  • Strong communication and people skills
  • A competitive, self-motivated mindset
  • Sales experience (automotive is great, but we can train the right person)
  • A valid Ontario driver's license with a clean record
  • A positive attitude and willingness to learn
  • Comfort working in a performance-based commission environment
