Seeking an experienced cook with some ability to contribute to menu changes seasonally. We want your input. Must be comfortable and able to expedite food, work the grill, saucier, appetizers and pizza stations and able to switch stations. You will primarily work either grill or saucier/pasta station. This position is five days a week including some day time prep hours. Must be able to manage station staff, complete food orders and manage inventory. This is an Italian menu in a busy restaurant and bar.
