Future Opening: Delivery Driver - 6-Ton Truck (On-Call)

We're looking for an experienced G Licensed driver with 6-ton truck experience to join our team. Hours can fluctuate week to week, so you would need to be flexible for Monday to Sunday shifts.

Location: Oakville, ON

Schedule:

• Shifts vary based on needs, and weekend availability will be needed.
• Monday to Saturday: 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM
• Sunday: 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM

You'll be driving a 25 FT Hino truck on different routes each day throughout the GTA, with a driver's helper joining you on routes. Your responsibilities will include:

• Completing daily vehicle inspections, safety, and circle checks.
• Ensuring deliveries, donations, and other items are handled safely.
• Loading and unloading at the warehouse and delivery locations using a pallet or pump truck.
• Performing repetitive lifting throughout the shift.

To be considered, you'll need:

• A valid G driver's license.
• 2+ years of experience driving a 6-ton truck.
• A clean driver's abstract (proof required).
• Flexibility to work day shifts Monday-Sunday.

Experience with CVOR compliance and commercial vehicle inspections is an asset but not required.
