We are searching for an experienced Red Seal or 4th Year Apprentice Millwright for an exciting opportunity in Delta, BC.

- Base Rate: $48/hour
- $52/hour when on the night shift
- Schedule: Continental 12-hour shift that rotates every 2 weeks (only work 7 days very 2 weeks)

Job tasks:
- Maintain, troubleshoot, and repair mechanical equipment and production machinery
- Perform preventative and predictive maintenance to minimize downtime
- Diagnose mechanical issues and implement timely solutions
- Support installation, alignment, and commissioning of new equipment
- Work closely with production and maintenance teams to ensure operational efficiency
- Maintain accurate maintenance records and documentation
- Follow all health & safety policies, procedures, and PPE requirements
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment (5S standards)
- Support continuous improvement initiatives
Requirements:
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience as a Millwright
- Red Seal certification preferred but Level 4 Apprentices would be considered
- Strong mechanical troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Experience using CMMS
- Good commuinication skills
- Safety minded
