OVERVIEW:
We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Director of Business Development – Maintenance to grow Pattison ID's Maintenance and Facility Services business across North America. This role will build relationships with Facilities, Maintenance, and Retail Operations leaders while driving recurring revenue through maintenance and service programs. The successful candidate will identify new business opportunities, expand existing customer partnerships, and support long-term growth. The ideal candidate is a proven business development leader with strong relationship-building and strategic planning skills.
Position Summary:
- The Director of Business Development – Maintenance is responsible for leading the strategic growth and expansion of Pattison ID's Maintenance and Facility Services business across North America.
- This role serves as a strategic growth leader focused on expanding Pattison ID's footprint within Facilities, Retail Operations, and Maintenance organizations at major national accounts.
- This role is responsible for driving profitable recurring revenue growth through preventative maintenance, reactive service solutions, and expanded retail image management programs.
- This role reports directly to the Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) and will help develop the future Maintenance Sales organization across North America.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop and execute the North American Maintenance growth strategy.
- Expand Pattison ID's maintenance footprint within existing customer relationships.
- Develop executive relationships with Facilities and Maintenance decision-makers.
- Position Pattison ID as a national retail image and facilities services partner.
- Expand preventative maintenance and recurring service programs.
- Develop scalable service models for multi-site retail accounts.
- Own Maintenance business CM3% performance alongside revenue growth objectives.
- Evaluate outsourcing strategies and vendor partnerships to support scalability.
- Improve throughput, responsiveness, and operational scalability.
- Support future organizational strategy for East and West Maintenance Sales Executives.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Operations, Dispatch, Procurement, Finance, and Customer Experience teams.
