We are seeking an experienced, driven, and results-oriented Used Car Sales Manager to join our leadership team at one of the GTA's highest-volume Honda dealerships. This is an exceptional opportunity for a proven automotive professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment, understands the complexities of used vehicle operations, and has a track record of maximizing profitability while maintaining exceptional customer satisfaction.
This role is ideal for an ambitious Used Car Manager who wants to take their career to the next level. We are looking for a leader who is confident making decisions, passionate about building a winning team, and capable of managing a large-scale operation with a focus on profitability, efficiency, and customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:
- Overseeing all aspects of the used vehicle department.
- Managing inventory acquisition through trades, auctions, direct purchases, and market sourcing.
- Analyzing market trends and pricing vehicles competitively to maximize profitability and inventory turn.
- Establishing and executing inventory strategies to maintain optimal stock levels.
- Working closely with the Sales, F&I, Service, and Fixed Operations teams to ensure seamless vehicle flow.
- Managing reconditioning timelines and controlling expenses.
- Coaching, mentoring, and developing sales staff to achieve departmental goals.
- Monitoring key performance indicators including inventory aging, gross profit, turn rate, volume, and customer satisfaction.
- Driving departmental growth through innovative acquisition and retail strategies.
- Ensuring all processes comply with dealership, manufacturer, and OMVIC standards.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 3-5 years of successful Used Car Management experience.
- Proven experience managing a high-volume used vehicle operation.
- Strong understanding of vehicle valuation, market analysis, inventory management, and acquisition strategies.
- Demonstrated ability to consistently achieve volume and profitability objectives.
- Strong leadership, communication, and team-building skills.
- Experience utilizing appraisal tools, inventory management platforms, and automotive CRM systems.
- Results-driven mindset with exceptional organizational skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, performance-focused environment.
Working Environment:
- Hours: 40 Hours per week
- Working in Sales Department
Compensation:
- Compensation range: $140,000 CAD- $170,000 CAD
- The range may vary based on experience and qualifications.
This compensation encompasses base salary, non-discretionary performance bonuses and vacation pay as required under Ontario Regulation 476/24 made under the Employment Standards Act, 2000.
