Experienced Dental Receptionist

A friendly, patient-focused dental practice in Vancouver, BC (UBC area), is seeking an experienced Dental Receptionist to join their administration team on a part-time basis. Operating out of a busy, modern 6-operatory facility, the clinical team includes 3 Associates, 1 Hygienist, and 2 dedicated Administrative professionals. This transit-accessible practice prides itself on a supportive team atmosphere where everyone works together to provide outstanding patient care. • Type: Part-Time (Three days per week)

• Shift Breakdown:

  • Tuesday: 9:00 AM 5:00 PM

  • Wednesday: 11:00 AM 7:00 PM

  • Thursday: 9:00 AM 5:00 PM

• Earnings: Highly competitive wage ranging from $28 $32/hour, depending directly on your depth of dental reception experience.

• Qualifications: Completion of a recognized Dental Reception Certificate program is required. Experience using Tracker dental software is a strong asset.

• Experience: A minimum of 1 year of experience working in a dental reception role is required (No new graduates will be considered for this specific position).
