Building Cleaner

We are currently seeking an experienced Commercial / Multi-Residential Cleaning Contractor with at least 1 year of residential cleaning experience to service our client located in the Greater Ottawa area (predominantly K1G area). This is an on-call contracted service opportunity.
The service can be assigned on weekdays and weekends.
Scope of work

• Perform routine, deep, and touch-up cleaning as required
• Clean, sanitize, and maintain common areas, including hallways, stairways, laundry rooms, gym areas, and office spaces
• Clean and disinfect high-touch surfaces
• Clean office areas, including cupboards, refrigerators, countertops, and other appliances
• Clean and sanitize bathroom facilities
• Empty garbage and recycling as required
• Ensure washroom supplies are adequately stocked
• Haul garbage bins to the compactor
• Safely operate the garbage compactor in accordance with safety procedures

Must-Haves to Be Considered:

• Available to work weekdays and weekends
• Good verbal communication skills
• Mobile phone with internet access
• Have 1 year of commercial cleaning experience
• Willing to work as a Contractor (You can be a professional cleaner willing to work as an independent contractor OR a Cleaning Business Owner who has a Registered business in Canada/Ontario)
• Ability to work independently without direct supervision
• Willing to undergo a criminal background check
• Be reliable, professional, and be on time and attention to detail

How the contract will be assigned

• Only experienced cleaning professionals can be called by our operations team
• A contract will be assigned to you

How you will get paid

• Perform service(s) as booked on a biweekly Mon-Sun cycle
• The following mid-week, you will be sent an invoice draft for you to confirm
• Payment will be made by direct deposit next week, following approval.
