ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking forInstallationAssistantstojoin our teaminRegina, Saskatchewantosupport the installation of custom patio enclosures, screen systems, and louvered roofs.This entry-level positioncomes withhands-on training and opportunities to grow into a lead role over time.Youllassiston job sites, help prep materials, and ensure a clean, safe, and productive work environment.

WHAT YOULL DO

• Measure, cut, and stage materials for upcoming installation tasks

• Assistwith the assembly and installation of custom outdoor structures, including screen rooms and adjustable roof systems

• Transport, organize, and prepare tools, equipment, and supplies for daily projects

• Perform routine tool maintenance and help keep company vehicles stocked and organized

• Provide support with warehouse operations, inventory handling, and special event preparation

• Maintain a tidy, efficient, and safety-focused work environment

• Follow company safety standards and take direction from experienced crew members

• Travel to residential and commercial project sites throughout the local service area asrequired

WHAT WERE LOOKING FOR

• Precise tape measure skills arerequired

• Experience in construction, landscaping, or mechanical workis preferred

• Availablefor some overnight/out of town work

• Have a reliable vehicle and a valid drivers license

• Be comfortable using tools and working on ladders

• Be able to lift 50+ lbs and handle physically demanding, outdoor work

• Be willing to learn new skills and follow instructions

• Pay attention to detail and care about doing the job right

WHAT WE OFFER

• $18-$20/hour, with opportunity for increases based on performance and growth

• Monday to Friday schedule withovertime asrequired

• On-the-job training and growth path toward a lead installer position

• Tools provided during training
