Now Hiring: HVAC Service Technician

WiserAire is growing fast and looking for a skilled HVAC Service Technician to join our Winnipeg team. We specialize in high-efficiency HVAC and solar solutions for residential and commercial clients.

If you're a licensed, hands-on technician who takes pride in quality work and great customer service, we want to hear from you.

⚙️ What You'll Do

Install, maintain, and repair HVAC systems (furnaces, AC, heat pumps, etc.)
Diagnose and troubleshoot system issues
Perform routine maintenance and safety inspections
Communicate clearly with customers and team members
Ensure all work meets safety codes and standards

⭐ What We're Looking For

2+ years HVAC experience (preferred)
Gasfitter B Licence.
Environmental Ozone-Depleting Substances (ODS) and halocarbon, or Ozone Depletion Prevention (ODP) Training Certificate (MOPIA Certification or equivalent).
Valid Class 5 Driver's Licence with a clean driving record.
Physically fit, able to lift heavy equipment, and work in various conditions (such as heights, confined spaces, outdoors)
Strong diagnostic, troubleshooting, problem-solving, and communication skills, and ability to read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and blueprints.
Extensive knowledge of commercial and residential HVAC systems, including the installation and troubleshooting of furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, boilers, rooftop units, water heaters and more.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
