Mobile Service Technician

We're looking for mechanically inclined professionals who enjoy troubleshooting, working independently, and taking on new challenges every day.

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, repair, and service portable heating, cooling, and power equipment in the field and shop

• Perform preventative maintenance and inspections to keep rental equipment ready for deployment

• Work on diesel, gas, propane, electrical, and HVAC-related systems

• Travel to customer sites across Canada and North America to support breakdowns, installations, and equipment startups

• Install and commission temporary climate control equipment for industrial and commercial projects

• Train customers on safe operation and basic equipment use

• Represent the company professionally while delivering strong customer service on-site

• Must be 21+ yrs of age

• Background as a mechanic, heavy equipment technician, diesel technician, HVAC tech, generator tech, or similar trade

• Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting ability

• Comfortable working independently in the field with minimal supervision

• Experience with engines, burners, generators, HVAC systems, or industrial equipment is an asset

• Safety-focused mindset with pride in quality workmanship

• Ability to adapt in a fast-paced, customer-focused and csutomer facing environment

• Comfortable using phones, tablets, and laptops for diagnostics and reporting

• Valid driver's license and ability to haul trailers if required

• Willingness to travel up to 50-60% across North America

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, especially with customer communication
