Car Wash Service technician and Installer

We are seeking a mechanically-inclined Field Service Technician to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of advanced car wash systems, water treatment technology, and chemical dispensing units.

Job Responsibilities:

• Installation & Repair: Set up and maintain automatic (friction/touchless) and self-serve car wash equipment.
• System Diagnostics: Troubleshoot mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical components to ensure peak equipment performance.
• Water & Chemical Management: Service water treatment systems and calibrate chemical dispensing equipment for optimal efficiency.
• Customer Support: Provide professional on-site service and maintain clear communication with clients regarding equipment status.
• Safety & Maintenance: Operate hand and power tools safely while maintaining a clean and organized service vehicle.

Requirements:

• License: Valid Class 5 Driver's License with a clean driving record (Required).
• Education: High School Diploma or equivalent (Preferred).
• Availability: Ability to work full-time hours with reliability and punctuality.

Preferred Skills & Experience:

• Technical Aptitude: Proficiency with hand and power tools.
• Troubleshooting: Strong ability to diagnose technical issues and find efficient solutions.
• Communication: Clear written and verbal communication skills for service reporting and team collaboration.
• Adaptability: Comfortable working independently or as part of a field team.
• Customer Service: A friendly, professional attitude when interacting with site managers and owners.
