Job Title: Senior Platform Engineer

Position Overview:
Seeking an experienced Senior Platform Engineer with a strong background in BFSI, Public Sector, or Telecom environments. The ideal candidate will provide technical leadership, support enterprise platform initiatives, and drive modernization efforts.

Responsibilities

• Lead platform engineering initiatives across BFSI, Public Sector, and Telecom environments.
• Support modernization programs involving core banking systems, citizen services platforms, OSS/BSS systems, billing platforms, and telecom infrastructure.
• Design and maintain enterprise platform services and shared capabilities.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to engineering teams.
• Collaborate with architects, developers, and business stakeholders.
• Implement automation, monitoring, observability, and platform governance solutions.
• Support telecom network services, 5G platforms, and enterprise digital environments.
• Ensure compliance with governance, privacy, security, and regulatory requirements.
• Drive platform reliability, scalability, and operational excellence.
• Promote platform engineering best practices and continuous improvement.

Required Qualifications

• Experience as a Senior Platform Engineer within BFSI, Public Sector, or Telecom environments.
• Experience supporting banking systems, government applications, OSS/BSS platforms, billing systems, charging platforms, or telecom environments.
• Strong knowledge of cloud platforms and platform engineering concepts.
• Experience leading modernization and enterprise transformation initiatives.
• Experience with Infrastructure as Code, CI/CD, and automation technologies.
• Understanding of governance, compliance, privacy, and security requirements.
• Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience supporting enterprise-scale environments.
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical capabilities.
• Platform, Cloud, or DevOps certifications preferred.
