We are seeking a motivated Marketing Coordinator to join our team. The Marketing
Coordinator will be responsible for project management and execution of
marketing activities to support marketing and sales objectives. Reporting to
the Senior Marketing Manager.$65k+ Full time with Benefits On site Monday to Friday College or university degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field preferred Excellent communication skills in English; Spanish or French is considered an asset Experience creating content, including:
- Email marketing
- Thought leadership blogs
- Social media content (with a focus on LinkedIn)
- Case studies
- Experience using website content management systems, CRM platforms, and collaboration tools. Preferred systems include Kentico, HubSpot, Salesforce, Teams, and SharePoint, though experience with similar systems is acceptable
- Experience coordinating projects and collaborating with cross-functional teams
- Interest in working in a B2B manufacturing environment
- Managing timelines
- Working with team members, agencies, or freelancers
- Consolidating feedback
- Project management and multitasking skills
• Update and maintain the website and online dealer portal using CMS tools (Kentico and SharePoint), including content edits, page creation using existing templates, and image uploads.
• Work with external vendors to procure and manage the production of videos, promotional materials, displays, and signage, collect internal feedback, and ensure deliverables meet expectations.
• Support management of social media accounts by scheduling posts, monitoring engagement, and responding to comments.
• Assist in evaluating the success of marketing activities, including consolidating sales and marketing data.
• Support the email marketing program, including content planning, newsletter creation, list management, deployment through HubSpot, and reporting on email metrics.
• Create and maintain marketing calendars and project timelines.
• Contribute to marketing and content strategy and make suggestions for improvement.
• University degree, ideally in business, marketing, or a related discipline.
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Experience creating/editing marketing materials and graphics with Adobe Photoshop, InDesign, and Illustrator preferred.
