Job Title: Infrastructure Automation Engineer

Note: Prior experience in BFSI, Public Sector, or Telecom is non-negotiable.

Position Overview:
Seeking an experienced Infrastructure Automation Engineer with a strong background in BFSI, Public Sector, or Telecom environments. The ideal candidate will drive automation, efficiency, and infrastructure engineering excellence.

Responsibilities

• Develop automation solutions supporting BFSI, Public Sector, and Telecom environments.
• Support modernization initiatives for banking systems, citizen services platforms, OSS/BSS systems, billing platforms, and telecom infrastructure.
• Build Infrastructure as Code, automation frameworks, and self-service capabilities.
• Implement automation for provisioning, deployment, monitoring, and operational support.
• Support telecom infrastructure, customer platforms, network operations, and 5G environments.
• Collaborate with infrastructure, cloud, and security teams.
• Improve infrastructure reliability, efficiency, and operational performance.
• Implement observability, monitoring, and automation frameworks.
• Ensure compliance with governance, security, privacy, and regulatory requirements.
• Drive continuous improvement and infrastructure standardization efforts.

Required Qualifications

• Experience as an Infrastructure Automation Engineer within BFSI, Public Sector, or Telecom environments.
• Experience supporting banking systems, government applications, OSS/BSS, billing, charging, or telecom platforms.
• Strong experience with automation, scripting, and Infrastructure as Code.
• Experience with cloud and infrastructure technologies.
• Understanding of governance, compliance, privacy, and security requirements.
• Experience supporting enterprise-scale environments.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with CI/CD and DevOps practices.
• Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
• Infrastructure, Cloud, or DevOps certifications preferred.
