Job Title: Senior Cloud Architect
Location: Vancouver, BC
Note: Prior experience in BFSI, Public Sector, or Telecom is non-negotiable.

Position Overview:
Seeking an experienced Senior Cloud Architect with a strong background in BFSI, Public Sector, or Telecom environments. The ideal candidate will provide architecture leadership and guide enterprise cloud transformation programs.

Responsibilities

• Lead cloud architecture initiatives across BFSI, Public Sector, and Telecom environments.
• Support modernization programs involving core banking systems, citizen services platforms, OSS/BSS systems, billing platforms, and telecom infrastructure.
• Define enterprise cloud standards, governance frameworks, and best practices.
• Provide architecture leadership and mentorship to engineering teams.
• Support telecom network operations, 5G services, and digital transformation initiatives.
• Collaborate with executive stakeholders and technology leaders.
• Drive cloud security, resiliency, and operational excellence programs.
• Support cloud migration and enterprise modernization initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with governance, privacy, security, and regulatory requirements.
• Promote cloud architecture innovation and continuous improvement.

Required Qualifications

• Experience as a Senior Cloud Architect within BFSI, Public Sector, or Telecom environments.
• Experience supporting banking systems, government applications, OSS/BSS platforms, billing systems, charging platforms, or telecom environments.
• Strong expertise in cloud architecture and enterprise transformation.
• Experience leading modernization and cloud migration programs.
• Experience with Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
• Strong understanding of governance, compliance, privacy, and security requirements.
• Strong leadership and stakeholder management capabilities.
• Experience supporting enterprise-scale environments.
• Strong analytical and architecture design skills.
• Cloud architecture certifications preferred.
