Position Overview:
Seeking an experienced Delivery Manager with a strong background in BFSI, Public Sector, or Healthcare environments. The ideal candidate will oversee project delivery, coordinate cross-functional teams, and ensure successful execution of business and technology initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end delivery of business and technology projects.
• Coordinate project teams, vendors, and stakeholders.
• Monitor project schedules, budgets, and deliverables.
• Drive issue resolution and risk mitigation activities.
• Support Agile and hybrid delivery frameworks.
• Ensure project quality and adherence to organizational standards.
• Facilitate communication across business and technical teams.
• Track delivery metrics and project performance.
• Support change management and implementation activities.
• Promote continuous improvement and operational excellence.

Required Qualifications

• Experience as a Delivery Manager in BFSI, Public Sector, or Healthcare environments.
• Strong project delivery and stakeholder management experience.
• Knowledge of Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, and hybrid methodologies.
• Experience leading cross-functional project teams.
• Strong organizational and planning skills.
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
• Experience managing project risks and dependencies.
• Ability to work in fast-paced enterprise environments.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Experience supporting digital transformation initiatives.
